About Me
Dr. Nisha Patel is a Board Certified physician who received her Medical Doctorate from Touro University California. before going on to complete her residency in Internal Medicine at NorthShore University Health System in Evanston, Illinois. Nisha also completed her Fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Chicago Medicine. Recently, Nisha went on to pursue a certification with the American Board of Obesity Medicine.
Nisha has over 10 years of clinical experience in Telehealth and Healthcare Navigation. She has had a multitude of roles helping directly manage patient care, engage in 2nd opinion care, as well as running large clinical care teams. Her knowledge, experience, and compassion for every individual places her in a unique position to deliver quality care for everyone she comes in contact with.

Dr. Janaki Natarajan is a Board Certified physician who received her Medical Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City before going on to complete her internship in Med-Peds at LSU. She completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
She has over 20 years of clinical experience and a wealth of knowledge garnered from working in varied medical settings including hospital inpatient units, outpatient clinics, private practice clinics and skilled care. Her background spans the fields of Rehabilitation and Pain management of varied conditions in the Ortho/Rheumatologic/Neuro/Spine/Urological and Women’s Health spaces. She is passionate about alleviating pain, maximizing function and improving an individual’s overall quality of life through quality care.
