Nisha Patel, DO
Dr. Nisha Patel is a Board Certified physician who completed her Internal Medicine residency at NorthShore University Health System before going on to complete a fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Chicago Medicine. She has additional Board Certification in Obesity Medicine.
Dr. Patel has over a decade of clinical experience in telehealth and healthcare navigation, providing patient care and leadership to high performing clinical teams. She believes in the delivery of high quality, compassionate healthcare and has worked on shaping clinical programs for this goal, collaborating with a diverse array of teams across organizations.
Janaki Natarajan, MD
Dr. Janaki Natarajan is a Board Certified physician who received her Medical Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City before going on to complete her internship in Med-Peds at LSU. She completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
Dr. Natarajan has over 20 years of clinical experience and a wealth of knowledge garnered from working in varied medical settings including hospital inpatient units, outpatient clinics, private practice clinics and skilled care. Her background spans the fields of Rehabilitation and Pain management of numerous conditions in the Ortho/Rheumatologic/Neuro/Spine/Urological and Women’s Health spaces.
